Crypto platforms Tokensoft and tZero (t0) are entering into a partnership. This was announced by tZero in a press release. Customers of the Tokensoft subsidiary „Transfer Agent“ can now issue and trade digital securities via the t0 blockchain. Once integrated, Tokensoft’s digital Wealth Matrix security technology will be compatible with tZERO’s secondary trading technology. Issuers of digital securities using Tokensoft’s services will be able to issue and trade their assets on t0’s Alternative Trading System (ATS). Expressing his delight at the cooperation, t0 CEO Saum Noursalehi said. He said:

We look forward to partnering with Tokensoft and providing their issuers with a more efficient and simplified process for accessing secondary liquidity through the tZERO ATS.

tZero as Overstock’s crypto project

The partnership with Tokensoft is not only a successful deal for tZERO. US online retailer Overstock is also likely to be pleased about the cooperation. The US online retailer Overstock has been involved in the blockchain market for some time. The e-commerce giant is one of the first companies to accept Bitcoin as a means of payment. In addition, the founder of Overstock, Patrick Byrne, is also one of the co-founders of t0. The crypto platform for issuing digital securities last hit the headlines in April last year, when it raised 134 million US dollars in the course of the Security Token Offering (STO).
