Wade Nesmith, Chairman and Director is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and has had a prestigious legal career with Lang Michener and the British Columbia Securities Commission, as well as the Alberta and Ontario Attorneys General's offices. Previously, Mr. Nesmith's law practice generally focused on securities regulation and corporate governance. Currently Mr. Nesmith is involved with a number of mining companies and is presently CEO of Mala Noche Resources, Chairman of Geovic Mining Corp., and a Director of Silver Wheaton Corp.
 
 
Yun B. Choi, Director, Mr. Choi joined Korea Zinc Company Ltd. ("KZ") in the beginning of 2007, and now is a managing director heading KZ's Strategies & Planning team. He is also currently serving as a vice-president and secretary of Pan Pacific Metal Mining Corporation, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of KZ. Prior to joining KZ, he was an attorney for a New York law firm, Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, specializing in securities and M&A transactions from 2001, and from 2004, a Judge Advocate General officer for Defense Acquisition Program Administration of Republic of Korea Army. Yun B. Choi is a member of New York Bar Association, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in English literature and Mathematics from Amherst College in Massachusetts, US, and a Juris Doctorate degree from Columbia University Law School in New York, US.
 
 
Russell Cranswick, Director joined Resource Capital Funds in early 2000 in order to expand the Management Team's experience in the areas of mineral exploration and equity markets. Prior to joining Resource Capital Funds, he spent four years as a mining equity analyst at Canadian retail and institutional brokerage firms covering junior and intermediate companies across a broad geographical and commodity spectrum. His technical experience comes from eight years and 11 field seasons in mineral exploration, primarily with major mining companies Kennecott (now part of Rio Tinto), Freeport McMoRan, Utah (now part of BHP-Billiton), Esso and Newmont. Mr. Cranswick is a Professional Geologist who served on the Geoscience Committee of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia prior to his relocation to Denver. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Geology from the University of British Colombia.
 
 
Barry Finlayson, Secretary, a barrister and solicitor with Lang Michener LLP in British Columbia, has practised primarily in the field of securities law since 1975. Mr. Finlayson has been the Secretary of the predecessor company since December 2006.
 
 
Brad Marchant, Director is President and Director of Bioteq Environmental Technologies Inc. that provides environmental solutions to mining companies. He has more than 25 years of experience in the mining and environmental industry with numerous technology and mining companies including Coastech Research Inc., Triton Mining Corporation, Placer Dome, Equity Silver Mines Ltd. and Wabush Mines. While with Placer Dome’s development group he undertook extensive metallurgical testwork and pilot testing on ores from the Howard’s Pass deposit.
 
 
Patrick Mars, Director is an independent consultant specializing in mine financing and analysis. He has more than 30 years of experience in the investment industry with extensive involvement in mining research, financing and advisory work.
 
 
Robert McKnight, Vice President Corporate Development, Director, has been a Director with the predecessor company since February 2002 and joined predecessor Expatriate in January 2004. Mr. McKnight is a geological engineer with broad experience in the mining industry having held senior roles with Wright Engineers, Cassiar Mining, Getty Resources, Endeavor Financial and most recently Pincock Allen & Holt Ltd. and AMEC. His experience includes: feasibility studies; financial evaluations of mining, oil and gas and coal projects; technical and financial due diligence; project finance, and mergers and acquisitions. He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia and Simon Fraser University with a degrees in Geological Engineering and Business Administration.
 
 
Dr. Harlan D. Meade, President, Chief Executive Officer & Director, a Director of the predecessor company Expatriate Resources Ltd. since December 1995, is a geologist and has been President and CEO of the Company since May 1998. Previously, Dr. Meade was Vice-President Exploration and Environment of Westmin Resources Limited from 1992 to 1997, continuing as Vice-President Exploration through February 1998. He played a major role in the exploration and/or development of several deposits currently being mined by Westmin's successor company. He was also instrumental in the discovery and exploration of the Wolverine Deposit. Dr. Meade is graduate of University of British Columbia, University of Western Ontario and Simon Fraser University with degrees in Geology and Business Administration.
 
 
Robert Yeoman, Director, a Director of predecessor company Expatriate since June 2000, is a business executive working in the resources sector. Mr. Yeoman is Corporate Secretary for Vaaldiam Resources Ltd. Previous to his work with several junior resource companies, he had a successful career as Senior Vice-President of Corporate Development with Brascan Limited.
