Jason Dunning, Vice President Exploration, joined the predecessor company in April 2003. Mr. Dunning is a graduate of Carleton (Hon. BSc. Geology 1994) and Laurentian (MSc. Geology 1998) universities with a strong background in volcanogenic massive sulphide and other types of deposits. Prior to joining Expatriate, he was a Project Geologist for Hudson Bay Exploration and Development Co. Ltd. based in Flin Flon, Manitoba.

Justin Himmelright, Vice President of Environment and Community Affairs, joined Selwyn Resources in June 2006.  Mr Himmelright has a strong background in project permitting, First Nations consultation, and regulatory affairs for industrial projects. He is a graduate of Simon Fraser University (B.Sc. Biology) and brings 11 years of environmental, mining, and exploration-related experience to Selwyn Resources, including two years with Expatriate Resources Ltd. (predecessor to Yukon Zinc Corporation) Prior to joining Selwyn Resources, he was a Natural Resource Specialist, Environment & Social Issues Coordinator, and Aboriginal Relations Coordinator for BC Hydro. He was also a Project Manager and Biologist for Hallam Knight Piesold Ltd./Knight Piesold LLC.

David Kwong, Chief Financial Officer joined the predecessor company in February 2006. Mr. Kwong is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Illinois Certified Public Accountants Society with experience in management, corporate finance and information technology. Mr. Kwong has worked in various capacities across diverse sectors, such as Listing Officer at the TSX Venture Exchange, Comptroller at Star Education Systems Ltd., Senior Auditor at KPMG and Controller at Global Marine, an international trading and shipping agent.

Robert McKnight, Vice President Corporate Development, Director, has been a Director since February 2002 and joined predecessor Expatriate in January 2004. Mr. McKnight is a geological engineer with broad experience in the mining industry having held senior roles with Wright Engineers, Cassiar Mining, Getty Resources, Endeavor Financial and most recently Pincock Allen & Holt Ltd. and AMEC. His experience includes: feasibility studies; financial evaluations of mining, oil and gas and coal projects; technical and financial due diligence; project finance, and mergers and acquisitions. He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia and Simon Fraser University with a degrees in Geological Engineering and Business Administration.

Dr. Harlan D. Meade, President, Chief Executive Officer & Director, a Director of the predecessor company Expatriate Resources Ltd. since December 1995, is a geologist and has been President and CEO of the Company since May 1998. Previously, Dr. Meade was Vice-President Exploration and Environment of Westmin Resources Limited from 1992 to 1997, continuing as Vice-President Exploration through February 1998. He played a major role in the exploration and/or development of several deposits currently being mined by Westmin's successor company. He was also instrumental in the discovery and exploration of the Wolverine Deposit. Dr. Meade is graduate of University of British Columbia, University of Western Ontario and Simon Fraser University with degrees in Geology and Business Administration.

John J. O'Donnell, Manager of Exploration is a geologist with a BSc. from Brandon University and a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Manitoba and Saskatchewan.  Before joining the predecessor company in May 2005, he was Senior Mine Geologist for Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting. He has extensive experience in exploration and development of base metal deposits.

Jasmin TamDoo, Manager of Investor Communications, joined the predecessor company in December 2004. Ms. TamDoo is a graduate of University of British Columbia with extensive public relations and in marketing experience within the health food and bottled beverage sectors.
